Craig Adkins currently has over 31 years of experience in the civil industrial construction industry. Craig started his career in the field as a laborer, soon became a surveyor, then superintendent, and ultimately into an estimator/project manager. Through his career Craig has gained the respect and trust of many local clients due to his dedication to safety and quality and overwhelming ability to produce results. Craig is the operations manager for RAMTEX and will ensure that each project adheres to the highest standard in terms of safety, quality, and production. He will directly oversee field activities while also pursuing business development.
Jordan Robbins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Construction Management and Minor in Business through Lamar University. In addition, he is a tested and Certified Constructor with AIC. Jordan has also gone through the FMI Project Management academy. Jordan has 11 years of construction experience in additional to his schooling which started in the field as a pile driver helper, intern, then ultimately estimator/project manager. Jordan is the Business Manager for RAMTEX and is motivated to ensure that all business needs are met for each prospective client while monitoring that the company is in compliance with all requirements necessary to facilitate a service needed by our clients.
Chance Verrett has over 10 years of experience specializing in industrial safety management in many of the demanding local facilities. Chance knows all sides of safety while working from both a facility owner’s perspective as well as a contractor’s perspective giving him the ability to generate a well-rounded safety culture with employees and clients. Chance has extensive knowledge in developing and implementing site safety requirements to ensure safety is the forefront of each project. Chance is the HSE Manager for RAMTEX. He will be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures and completing necessary tasks in order to continue our company safety records of no recordable injuries ultimately sending everyone home to their families.
Matthew Tarleton holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management through LSU. He has successfully managed projects in both safety, quality, and production with values over $20 million for various clients throughout Southeast Texas & Louisiana. Matthew has over 11 years of experience as a civil industrial manager. Matthew both estimates and manages projects for RAMTEX.
Angel Lee has more than 18 years of experience in the contractual field and secretarial services as she was a long-term employee as a para legal with a local law firm. She will maintain her prior skill set and continue evaluate contracts, communicate with accounting service providers, vendor relationships and accounts, and oversight for all internal office activities. Angel will also manage employee records and facilitate application processing as needed. Angel will take on various HR duties which include setting up individuals for drug testing and background checks to work in the local industrial facilities.
